Return Policy
In an effort to improve our service to churches and individuals, Bible Blast is updating its return policy. Effective August 8, 2011, all Bible Blast items considered for refund must be returned within 10 days of purchase. Director’s Manual and Director’s Materials CD are NOT refundable and no credit will be give for these items in exchange for other items.
Please follow these directions when returning an item:
1) Answer items below with your returned material.
• Your church name and address
• Your account number
• Invoice number – if available
• Quantity (package or individual items)
• Reason for returning item
• Name of contact person
2) Bible Blast will issue credit for your return when we have received the items and checked that they are current and in resalable condition. Items not current or in resalable condition will not be credited to your account or returned to you.
3) If you need to return something because of a mistake we have made, you will receive full credit.
4) We will not accept returned items that arrive C.O.D.
